A Prescott resident since 1974, Steve has brought over thirty-six years of successful management, marketing and product / service development experience, both in government service and the private sector, to Prescott Transit Authority. A retired Army Officer with 24 years in the Corps of Engineers Steve's military assignments both with troops and in staff positions were extensive. After leaving the US Army, he directed his attention to serving the communities of Northern Arizona with affordable, quality transportation services including the local Prescott bus system Citibus, Dial-A-Ride para transit vans and sedans, The Airport Shuttle an intercity service between Prescott and Phoenix, Executive Transportation's Limousine Service and Executive Charter Service providing tour buses for the area. Along with these achievements he also developed and implemented marketing, financial and staff supervision, training programs and the areas most impressive computerized systems making Prescott Transit the Premier Service and Largest transportation Provider of Northern Arizona.
