Invoices

Billing is at the discretion of the customer.  Our clear invoice will detail usage and costs in whichever format gives you complete control. Our billing system can be tailored to match your own accounting procedures. You can have as much detail as you require, in whatever format.

That includes supplementary information such as 24 hour reports prepared the following day, or even a compatible disk which can be entered directly into your own system.

We can prepare the information by cost centers, code numbers or any other classification, even journeys inside or outside the State or by the time of day. A statement summary can also analyze individual usage for your monitoring.

We work closely with our customers to ensure you receive the information you require in order to reduce waste and keep costs to a minimum.

Account Security

Within our computer system the database can hold the names of every person within your organization who is authorized to use our Corporate Account service.

This information can include any restrictions that you wish to place; for instance journeys may only be allowed between certain locations or at certain times of the day. So every organization can have complete control over the usage of the account and introduce any number of code numbers if they feel the need for added security.
